شرح خدمات

با هدف تسريع در ارائه خدمات هرچه مطلوب تر و در راستاي تكريم ارباب رجوع، همچنين توسعه دولت الكترونيك كه از تاكيدات مقام معظم رهبري (مد ظله العالي) مي باشد سامانه طوبي جهت انجام خدمات ذيل الذكر ايجاد گرديده است كه از سال 1394 كه به صورت رسمي فعاليت خود را آغاز نموده است تا حد زيادي از مراجعات مكرر و بي مورد ارباب رجوع و تضييع حقوق و وقت ايشان از طريق سامانه مذكور جلوگيري شده است. خدمات ارائه شده توسط سامانه طوبي به اختصار به شرح ذيل مي باشد. بانك انجمن هاي اسلامي: انجمن هاي اسلامي يكي از گروه هاي جامعه هدف در شرح وظايف اداره كل تشكل هاي ديني و مراكز فرهنگي مي باشد كه در چهار دسته كارمند، كارگري، اصناف و محلات تقسيم بندي شده و تشكلي ديني است معتقد به قانون اساسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران عامل به احكام اسلام و مبشر تفاهم و وحدت كه به منظور اشاعه فرهنگ ناب اسلامي و حراست از دستاوردهاي انقلاب اسلامي و احياء فريضه امر به معروف و نهي از منكر فعاليت مي نمايند اين گروه جهت ثبت، ورود اطلاعات، بررسي صحت اطلاعات وارده از سوي تشكل مذكور، نظارت و ارزيابي و در نهايت صدور مجوز فعاليت مي توانند از اين بانك استفاده و نسبت به اخذ مجوز فعاليت اقدام نمايند.
بانك هيئات مذهبي: هيئات مذهبي كه گروه ديگر از جامعه هدف اداره كل تشكل هاي ديني و مراكز فرهنگي مي باشد تشكل ديني است با ماهيت مردمي، غيرحزبي و غيرانتفاعي متشكل از اقشار مختلف اعم از زن و مرد كه اساسا با محوريت ترويج فرهنگ قرآن و عترت به برگزاري مراسم در مناسبت هاي مذهبي اعياد مذهبي، مواليد و وفيات ائمه معصومين (ع) مي پردازند. اين گروه نيز با استفاده از گزينه ايجاد شده جهت ثبت هيئات مذهبي در سامانه طوبي اقدام به ثبت، ورود اطلاعات، بررسي صحت اطلاعات وارده از سوي تشكل مذكور، نظارت و ارزيابي و در نهايت صدور مجوز فعاليت نموده و در نهايت پس از طي مراحل مختلف مجوز فعاليت دريافت مي نمايند.
كانون هاي فرهنگي تبليغي:‌ كانون هاي فرهنگي تبليغي سومين گروه از جامعه هدف اداره كل تشكل هاي ديني و مراكز فرهنگي بوده كه همانا تشكلي ديني است كه به صورت غيردولتي و غير حزبي به جذب فرهنگي آحاد مردم مي پردازد و با هدف تبليغ اسلام، بارور نمودن اعتقادات مذهبي، ترويج رهنمودهاي حضرت امام خميني (ره) و مقام معظم رهبري (مد ظله العالي) و همچنين مبارزه با انحرافات فرهنگي با بهره مندي از شيوه هاي نوين تبليغي فعاليت مي نمايد. اين گروه نيز با استفاده از گزينه ايجاد شده جهت ثبت كانون هاي فرهنگي تبليغي در سامانه طوبي اقدام به ثبت، ورود اطلاعات، بررسي صحت اطلاعات وارده از سوي تشكل مذكور، نظارت و ارزيابي و در نهايت صدور مجوز فعاليت نموده و در نهايت پس از طي مراحل مختلف مجوز فعاليت دريافت مي نمايند.
مداح و شاعر آئيني: گروه چهارم از جامعه هدف اداره كل تشكل هاي ديني و مراكز فرهنگي مداحان و شعراي آئيني هستند كه اين افراد اشخاصي هستند كه در طول سال به كرات در مجالس مذهبي و آئيني و مدح و منقبت اهل بيت عليهم السلام و يا در رثا و مصيبت آنان به شعر خواني، نغمه سرايي، دكلمه خواني و يا اجراي ساير برنامه هيا مشابه محلي كه مشروع باشد اقدام مي نمايند. اين گروه نيز با استفاده از گزينه ايجاد شده جهت ثبت مداح و شاعر آئيني در سامانه طوبي اقدام به ثبت، ورود اطلاعات، بررسي صحت اطلاعات وارده از سوي فرد مذكور، نظارت و ارزيابي و در نهايت صدور مجوز فعاليت نموده و در نهايت پس از طي مراحل مختلف مجوز فعاليت دريافت مي نمايند.
